What is the Voices of Hope: A Global Youth Anthology?
The Voices of Hope: A Global Youth Anthology is a global campaign to collect and showcase stories, poems, and artwork from young people around the world. The initiative aims to highlight youth perspectives on critical environmental challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss, water scarcity, pollution, and environmental STEM ideas. Selected works will be featured in an upcoming anthology.

Who can participate?
The campaign is open to youth aged 10-20 from all regions of the world.

Why should I participate?
By sharing your work, you can:
  • Contribute to global awareness about environmental challenges.
  • Inspire others with your creativity and ideas.
  • Have your work published in a global anthology and recognised internationally.


Submission Questions

What types of submissions are accepted?
We accept the following:
  • Stories/Essays: 500–1,500 words.
  • Poems: Up to 30 lines.
  • Artwork: Original illustrations, paintings, or digital art (minimum resolution of 300 DPI).

How do I submit my work?
All submissions must be made through the official submission form on our website. Ensure you follow the submission guidelines and upload your work in the correct format.

Can I submit more than one entry?
Yes, you may submit multiple entries, but each submission must be made separately.

Can my submission be in any language?
Submissions should be in English. If your work is in another language, please include an English translation.

What file formats are accepted?
  • Written submissions: .docx or .pdf
  • Artwork: .jpg, .png, or .pdf

Is there a submission fee?
No, submitting your work is completely free.

What is the deadline for submissions?
The deadline for submissions is 11/30/2025.


Selection Process

How are submissions selected?
Submissions are reviewed based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the campaign’s themes. We aim to select at least 10 works, representing diverse voices from various regions of the world.

When will I know if my submission is selected?
Selected contributors will be notified by email.


Rights and Permissions

Will I retain ownership of my work?
Yes, all contributors retain ownership of their submissions. By submitting, you grant us non-exclusive rights to publish and promote your work as part of the anthology.

Will my submission be edited?
Written submissions may be edited for grammar, clarity, and formatting, but we will preserve the original intent and message of your work.

Do I need parental consent?
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. Parental consent will be collected as part of the submission process.

Yes! Once the anthology is published, you are encouraged to share your featured work and spread the word.

How will the anthology be distributed?
